20223年清明节期间安全文明祭扫倡议书

广大市民朋友们：
你们好！
草长莺飞，又逢清明。清明节是缅怀先贤、祭奠逝者、慎终追远的时节，为推进移风易俗，弘扬文明、绿色、低碳、安全的殡葬祭扫新风尚，特向广大市民朋友发出如下倡议：
一、减少聚集，错峰祭扫。外出祭扫要做好个人防护、控制祭扫人数、缩短停留时间。清明节期间，出行祭祀的人员和车辆较为集中，倡导预约、错峰祭扫，文明行车、主动礼让、不乱停乱放。
二、低碳环保，文明祭扫。遵守烟花爆竹禁放规定，倡导采用鲜花祭扫、撰文纪念、制作思念卡、敬酒祭祀、种植纪念树、网络祭奠等绿色、文明、安全的祭扫方式表达对已故亲人的缅怀，抵制使用“塑料花”等低俗祭祀用品和封建迷信行为。更加注重节日文化内涵，变实地实物祭扫为精神传承，将慎终追远的情感融入现代文明的表达方式中。在缅怀和追思的同时，保持积极乐观的生活态度，增强珍惜生命、热爱生活的意识。
三、严防事故，安全祭扫。自觉遵守森林防火、环境保护、治安管理和交通安全等方面的相关规定，不携带火种和易燃易爆物品进入墓区，不在城市街道、公共绿地、居民小区、山地、林地等场所焚烧冥币、明火祭祀，发现火灾隐患主动排除，发现火情立即报警。严防因祭扫引发火灾、踩踏等各类安全事故。
四、厚养薄葬，移风易俗。大力弘扬尊老敬老爱老的传统美德，树立厚养薄葬的丧葬理念，革除殡葬陈规陋习。老人健在时多些陪伴，多尽孝道。老人亡故后避免大操大办、盲目跟风、相互攀比、铺张浪费，树立绿色、文明、节俭的殡葬新风，倡导骨灰树葬、花葬、草坪葬、海葬等节地生态葬法，不建硬化大墓、活人墓、豪华墓等违规墓地，把更多土地资源留给后代，造福子孙。
五、模范带头，示范引领。倡导机关、企事业单位干部职工、党员、共青团员、大中学生以身作则、率先垂范，自觉做革除陋习、文明安全祭扫的倡导者和引领者，积极向家人、亲朋好友和身边群众宣传殡葬改革政策和低碳、文明、安全的祭扫方式，自觉抵制不文明的祭扫行为。
让我们携起手来，从自身做起、从点滴做起，投身新时代文明实践，革除丧葬陋习，树立绿色文明殡葬新风，争做文明祭扫的示范者，为实现“文明祭扫、平安清明”的目标贡献一份力量！
