砀山退伍兵“变身”脱贫致富“领头雁”

薛楼板材加工园神湖社区姚庄村村民、共产党员、退伍军人邵英杰退伍不腿色，不怕艰苦，自我创业，引领全村大伙儿共同脱贫致富，受到父老乡亲们的一致赞誉。
走进“省级美丽乡村”示范村姚庄村，村头一栋两层小楼显得很特别，上面悬挂着“退伍军人创业示范点”的匾额，这就是邵英杰的家。1981年11月，18岁的邵英杰光荣参军，服役期间，他荣立了“个人三等功”，荣立“集体一等功”。1987年7月，邵英杰退伍转业到县化肥厂工作，2006年，由于化肥厂实施企业改制，邵英杰成了一名下岗工人。面对困难，他没有选择退缩，而是在园区负责同志的鼓励下，毅然选择自我艰苦创业，利用当地杨树众多的资源优势，自筹资金5万元购置了板材旋切机，在家门口办起了专门生产杨木芯板的板材加工厂。目前，厂子年生产杨木芯板120万张，年产值达200万元，纯利润14万多元。随着生产规模扩大，今年4月，邵英杰又成立了砀山县英杰木业公司，使原来的家庭作坊逐步向企业“正规军”发展。

邵仁杰致富不忘众乡邻，他先后吸收邵世红、张留印等村里的贫困户，在农闲季节到厂里打工增加收入、稳步脱贫。同时，在他的带动下，村里增加了好几家板材加工企业，使不少贫困户得以就业致富。邵英杰在促进村庄经济发展、促进和谐稳定方面，切实发挥了一名共产党员的先锋模范作用。
